A. MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Responsible for building maintenance and management of the technical team

Pre-requisite :

Diploma / Degree in Estate Management / Electrical Engineering / relevant disciplines
Possess Fire Safety Manager Certificate
Min 5 years experience in building maintenance
Only Singaporean & PR need to apply

B. ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE ( CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT)

Responsibilities:

Handle Public Relations matters
Responsible for the production of publicity materials, such as publication of newsletter etc
Assist in Membership Administration
Source for complementary privileges to enhance membership.
Provide secretarial support to the General Manager and sub-committee

Pre-requisites :

Min GCE " A’ level, Diploma in Mass Communications or equivalent
Good command in English and Chinese
Proficiency in Ms Office
Positive working attitude
Only Singaporean & PR need to apply
